The Plant is a music and event venue in Beautiful Downtown Dothan. The Plant started out its life as a Coca Cola bottling facility in Downtown Dothan. It officially closed its doors in the 90’s and sat vacant until the summer of 2017 when we began transforming it into a hub of entertainment for Dothan. Once a thriving Coca Cola plant, is now owned and operated by a local family with a vision for entertaining! The Clark family, long time business owners of DSI Security Services, are big supporters of giving back to their community in many different ways. Alan Clark, or ‘Big’ as his grandkids like to call him, envisioned a plan for sharing music and entertainment with all of Alabama and the surrounding areas. You won’t find another venue like ours! An open air setting, and well manicured appearance, The Plant is sure to be your new favorite hangout spot. With bistro style string lighting and the convenience of multiple bars strategically located throughout the venue, you’ll feel like you’re in your own backyard (or dream backyard) with the bonus of a live concert!!

Our Story

We have strategically implemented the re-purposing of everything possible to retain the original feel of The Plant. We are building a facility that will be an integral part of the downtown Dothan live music scene. We have put our heart and soul into curating the best combination of cutting edge technology and ingenuity to be able to offer the best concert going experience in our area.
